Clean hotel, friendly staff!

I arrived after a long drive and was greeted by friendly staff. They offered cold lemon water and coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a quiet night. I did not use the pool but it looked inviting. My manager suggested a nearby brewery for dinner that was enjoyable.

The hall carpeting could have been cleaner and a few areas needed more attention. Some sheets felt less than crisp, leaving me a bit uncomfortable.

I had a lovely stay where I enjoyed the super comfy bed and the generous breakfast spread each morning. Plus, I relaxed by the indoor pool and took advantage of the garden area, making it a great spot to wind down. The only drawback was a faint smell of smoke in the lobby, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The room was initially unsatisfactory, unclean, and not what I booked, but the staff ultimately resolved the issue by providing the correct room at the appropriate rate. The environment felt welcoming, especially with its pet-friendly policy and great breakfast options, including healthy choices and delicious pastries. However, a malfunctioning TV and a leaking ice bucket upon returning to our room were significant inconveniences.

The location was easy to find, and the happy hour was a nice touch. I was really pleased when they offered my husband a band-aid for his cut during check-in.

Very comfy stay!

We stayed one night and the bed was super comfy! The staff was really nice and helpful, but the front desk was kinda MIA when we checked out. Had a good grab-and-go breakfast and the coffee was amazing. Loved the little snack bar they had too. Just wish the front desk person would’ve been around more.

The indoor pool was a real treat! Glad I found a clean room with easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants.

best western was a great stop! the pool was perfectly warm for a swim after our long drive. the breakfast area was well-organized, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. being so close to the highway made it convenient for future travels with my 23 grandkids and 33 great grandkids. plus, the pet-friendly vibe made us feel so welcome!
